New Books

I've put the new version of the Books page online. Since the page has to be named differently for the server to recognize the server-side includes, I redirected the old url to the new page, instead of changing the menu links on every page on the site. [note from Drew: this is now the current Books page.]

New features include a blog that will update the latest books list automatically, built-in archiving, and a redesign of the page to make it more book oriented. I'm still going to work on the format of the books list, and add commentary, but it's close enough now to go with.
