work I get
to spend my time equally in the office and out in the field. Working for a pipeline company demands that
you travel out to see the pipeline. I
really enjoy getting out of the office, but the travel is too much sometimes. officecam This is
a picture of me circa 11/2001, I lost my Taco Bell
mug (foreground) sometime last year. I
had had it for more than 10 years. I
still have a pretty cluttered desk. helmetcam This is
me circa 7/2003 at our compressor station in Cleveland, Texas. Behind my right ear is a rectifier on a
pole, and the gray towers sticking up in the background are slug catchers,
which prevent any liquids in the pipeline from getting into the compressors. El Paso values

bold and imaginative I like
to play the occasional practical joke at the office, not to the level of Cockeyed, but I also find fake
signs funny. I especially like doing
it when no-one will ever believe that I’m responsible. Take a look at my pranks page for some of
the things I’ve done around the office. working together Here’s
a picture of the people I work with, we went on a paddle-wheeler trip up the
Mississippi one evening when we had meetings in New Orleans. From

Fairchild (Houma, LA), Don Beaumont (Pensacola, FL, retired), guest, Mike

is what a pipeline right-of-way looks like.
See the gap in the trees near the horizon? This is the Tennessee Gas Pipeline in east
Texas near Jasper. Not
real exciting, but that’s how corrosion engineers like to see it. Pipelines are the safest form of
transportation in the world. Our
pipelines transport natural gas from the areas of production to the markets. extraordinary results drew’s compensation Take a
look at this correlation! What the
company needs is to give me a big fat raise, and the stock price will go
through the roof. Last
